Implantio provides an automated enquiry-response and booking service to dental clinics. [FILL] Registered business name, address and company number.

Website visitors: the name, clinic name, email address, phone number and enquiry details you submit through the audit or contact form, plus basic analytics about how this site is used.

Clinic customers: account and billing details, and the configuration of your clinic's messages, FAQ answers and calendar rules.

Patient enquirers: where we handle enquiries for a clinic, this includes the phone number the enquiry came from, the content of SMS and web-chat messages, the treatment interest and urgency captured during the conversation, and any appointment booked.

For enquiries handled on behalf of a dental clinic, the clinic is the data controller and Implantio acts as data processor. We process patient data only on the clinic's documented instructions, under a written data processing agreement.

Data is held in our CRM provider's systems. Every outbound message carries an opt-out instruction, and an opt-out is actioned immediately and permanently.

Reactivation campaigns are run only across a clinic's own past enquirers or patients, on the clinic's written confirmation and instruction. We do not purchase, scrape or otherwise acquire patient contact lists.
