Website visitors: information you submit through the demo and contact forms — your name, practice name, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry. Basic analytics about how the site is used.
Practice customers: account and billing details, and the configuration of your practice's scripts, prices and diary rules.
Patient callers: where we handle calls for a practice, this may include call recordings, transcripts, contact details and treatment enquiry details. PLACEHOLDER — describe exactly what your service captures.
For calls handled on behalf of a dental practice, the practice is the data controller and Implantio acts as data processor. We process patient data only on the practice's documented instructions, under a written data processing agreement.
